Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged.
- Product received is defective.
- Incorrect product delivered.

Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be retained.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify the customer regarding approval of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 –10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Used products
- Products without original tags
- Customized or altered products
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
